WORK QUEUE
• I prioritize clients who have paid a deposit or full payment when assigning spots in my work queue.
• Commissions may not start right away since I might have ongoing or pending projects. Please check my Work Queue or feel free to message me if you’d like to ask about it.PAYMENTS
• You are required to make a full upfront payment or a 50% deposit before the work begins. You will be notified when your project is about to start.
• In the case where a deposit has been made to reserve a slot, but the client is unable to proceed with the project within one week of the initially agreed start date, the slot will be postponed.
• If the client cannot be contacted within that one-week period, the commission will be considered canceled, and the deposit will be non-refundable.PROJECT NOTE
• Please clearly provide the details of the model and specify any areas you would like me to focus on. Any On/Off assets Toogle or Expressions (please tell me which part(s))DEADLINES
• The estimated working period is as stated in the description of each commission tier. However, the actual duration may vary depending on the complexity and details of the project. Art takes time. The work will be completed according to the estimated timeline, and cannot be rushed. However, if you have a specific deadline, please make sure to clearly inform me in advance.REVISIONS
• You can request up to 3 revisions. Small changes or fixes. However in cases where the mistake is on my part, I am more than happy to fix it free of charge.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• You are granted the rights to use the Live2D rigging for both personal and commercial purposes. This includes permission to utilize the model for streaming and any related monetization activities.COMMUNICATION
